Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorised activity, or product availability issues are suspected.

Products

As our products are freshly made bakery goods, slight variations in appearance, ingredients, and presentation may occur.

Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Allergen and dietary information is provided where available, but customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out directly by Fudi – Swiss Bakery and not through third-party courier services.

We currently deliver within the following areas:

EH3, EH5, EH6, EH7, EH8, EH9, EH10, EH15, EH16, EH21

Delivery is available Wednesday to Saturday between 8:00am and 1:00pm.

Delivery is free for orders of £15.00 or more.

For orders up to £14.99, a delivery charge of £4.00 applies.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, traffic, weather, or local conditions.

Please ensure delivery details are accurate before completing your order and that someone is available to receive the order where necessary.

If nobody is available to receive the order, the delivery may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Refund Policy

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our bakery products, we do not accept returns of food items unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the order placed.

Please include your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible so we can assess the matter promptly.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation.
