Fudi Bakery was created out of a desire to bring the essence of Swiss baking to Edinburgh. Rooted in tradition yet shaped by a modern approach, we bake fresh breads, pastries and sweet treats with care, rhythm and simplicity.

Our work is inspired by the bakeries we grew up loving: honest products, seasonal ingredients and the kind of baking that feels both familiar and special.

As a growing bakery, we are proud to begin our journey and share our craft with the local community.
